This article will show you tep-by-step how to setup a new account having purchased the Restaurant Menu Marketing service.

Having purchased your Restaurant Menu Marketing service you will find in your dashboard a document entitled Start Here.

This will contain a link to setup your account.

Having clicked your link you will be be presented with a form titled "New Menu Marketing Account Creation" and a requirement  to enter the following information:

Email Address

This is a required piece of information and will be used to keep you updated.

СС (Carbon Copy)

If you require a secondary emil to receive updates, enter it here. This information is optional.

Brand Name Creation

This is a link that your customers will use to connect to your online menu. It comprises of "Your Desired Brand" in front of a domain of your choosing.

The Brand will normally be your business name and the domain will either be .newmenu.link or .tastymenu.link. For example if your business name is Leos Cafe and your chosen domain ".newmenu.link" then your domain brand name could be joescafe.newmenu.link.

As shown in the image enter brand in the "Your Desired Brand" field and select your preffered domain in the "Select Preferred Domain" drop down. Both these fields are required.

Please note: Due to a process called DNS propogation, this porocess can take up to 48 hours for the Brand Name Domain to correctly point to your menu.

Social Media Promotion

Included is the local community social media promoting your menu on a weekly basic. Using the two fields Day To Post On Social Media Time To Post On Social Media selecting your posting date and time preferences.

The field "Post To promote Menu On Social Media" allows you to enter the promotional post contents in your own words. If this is left blank will use a default and appropriate message.

The "Hashtags Required In Promotional Post" allows you to enter any hashtags you may want. Leave this blank if not required.

Online Menu Customisation & Links

This fields are fairly self explanitory and allow you to enter the respective links and information to customize your menu to enable it to convert leads to sales.

Menu Title - This is simply a title you wish to give the menu. A few examples would be, "Brand New Summer Menu", Joes Cafe Menu" or "Zaks Restaurant Menu".

Booking Form URL - A link to your restaurant booking form.

Website URL Link - A Link to your website address.

Telephone Number - Your business number. Visitors using a mobile will be able to ring directly using the link to your number.

Description - Your opportuity to add any additional instructions.

Attach Fie - Here you can upload aPDF copy of your menu.

I have attached a PDF version of my menu checkbox - Confirm you have uploaded your PDF menu.

Email Used For Service Payment - You only need to enter this if it differs to the email you are usinf for communication. This is how we check your service purchase.

Submit Your Ticket!

Finally select "Submit" to process your ticket. Loot out for a notification to the email you specified at the beginning of this process.
